Optimus Paraffin Soldering Blowtorch — Vintage Swedish

A genuine vintage blowtorch by AB Optimus of Sweden, established in 1899 — one of the great Swedish names in paraffin appliances and blowtorches, alongside contemporaries like Sievert and Primus. Fuelled by paraffin (kerosene), these solid brass and steel torches were genuine working tools relied on by tradesmen for soldering and metalwork for decades — and make an excellent, characterful way to get a braai fire roaring in style.
