Refund Policy

Most items sold by Streampunk are genuine one-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces. Because of this, we take real care to describe every item honestly — including any wear, damage, missing parts, or replaced components — directly in the product listing before you buy.

Returns: Because our stock is one-of-a-kind, we generally do not offer returns for change of mind. We encourage you to read each listing carefully, including the dimensions and condition notes, before purchasing.

If an item arrives significantly different from how it was described, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, replacement (where possible), or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
