Welcome to Streampunk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (streampunk.co.za) and any purchases made through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
Streampunk is a South African vintage and antique goods retailer, based in Klerksdorp, North West Province.

2. Products
Most items we sell are genuine one-of-a-kind vintage, antique, or second-hand goods. Each item is unique, and product listings include our best honest assessment of condition, age, and any known issues, replacements, or repairs. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings, and due to the natural variation inherent in vintage items.

Where we sell newly manufactured items (spare parts, reproductions, or merchandise), this will be clearly stated in the listing.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an error, before the order is fulfilled.

4. Orders
By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is no longer available). Given the one-of-a-kind nature of most of our stock, availability can change quickly.

5. Shipping
See our separate Shipping Policy for delivery details. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy for full details on returns, damaged goods, and refunds.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product descriptions, photographs, historical research, logos, and written material — is the property of Streampunk unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to describe every item accurately, Streampunk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
